Nov 9th, 2019We’re pleased to announce the much anticipated update to Tokeet’s free mobile platform application!

After launching the Tokeet v3 core overhaul, we set out to upgrade the rest of the Tokeet Suite of products. Our developers, along with help from our user base in the Tokeet Community, have successfully brought Tokeet Mobile up to the same standard of functionality.

New Features

If you’ve used Tokeet Mobile before, you may be familiar with some of its limitations – this is not the same application anymore. It has been completely rebuilt from the ground up to create a brand new mobile experience. Here’s just a few of the changes you’ll find:

1.    All new UI with advanced filtering options.
2.    Manage rates and push them to your connected API channels using our new mobile rate management.
3.    Edit any of your inquiry details while on the go.
4.    View upcoming arrivals, upcoming departures and more on the new Tokeet Mobile dashboard.
5.    Manage and upload new expenses from the new mobile expense module.
6.    Search your account for available rooms via our new mobile inventory search option.
7.    Quickly locate inquiries, invoices or guests using our new mobile universal search.

How to Upgrade

Users who have already downloaded the previous Tokeet Mobile application can upgrade simply by re-installing the application. Use the links above or search for “Tokeet Mobile” on the app store of your choice to re-install.

Users may continue using the old version for as long as it is left installed – once removed, only the latest Tokeet Mobile app is available for re-installation.
