Users will see ’ base rate recommendation’ icon on the rental settings page. When user will click on that, they will be able to see Base price recommendation according to different Segments selection ( segment is used to: Choose the quality of your listing compared to other listings in the market, segment is categorised as 25, 50, 75 and 90th percentile). We are also showing the upcoming 12 months monthly future prediction through bar chart format on the same page. User can select their desire segment for their listings and then we will show the recommended base price and also we will update the bar chart data right away. This way user will be able to set recommended base price as per the market, in case they are not certain related to what they should place as their base price. Along with that , they can also set a custom base price, in case they are not comfortable with the recommended base price from our end.
Note: by default we show base price recommendation for Midscale segment.
