Now Rategenie is able to push rates to VRBO listings as well. Also we have added Last sync information and rate push logs that can be seen inside Rategenie. Along with that VRBO still be able to pull rates from Tokeet once per day. We are also storing the pull information in our Rategenie logs database.
Please note: To push and pull rates for VRBO listings: Account Should have Channel manager sync turned ON, along with Listings, rental and account level syncs.

For example, this user has rentals in Turkey where the native currency is Lira, but they are using Euros currency inside Rategenie for their rentals. So, we are showing the recommended base rate and future recommended rates in Euros, so that users don’t have to do any manual conversions.

Updated: We are happy to announce Grid views for the following modules of Rategenie.

These new views are now available. You can do almost all the work on the Grid views, as you were doing previously on the List views.

• Updated: A market base recommended base price feature is added to our Rategenie application. Users will see the ’ base recommendation’ icon on the rental settings page. When users click on that, they will be able to see the Base price recommendation according to different Segments selection ( segment is used to: Choose the quality of your listing compared to other listings in the market, segment is categorised as 25, 50, 75 and 90th percentile).

• Fixed: Price Settings data was not getting saved for Airbnb listing. This is fixed for Rategenie.

  Fixed: There was a search issue on the strategies page, the page was getting stuck while trying to search a strategy name. This is fixed now.

• Fixed: When removing rentals from a strategy, the tooltip for the Remove button was hiding the actual button itself. This is fixed now.

  Updated: Rategenie is now integrated with Hospitable PMS and is able to generate rates for this management system. Hospitable users can use these rates for their bookings and rentals by connecting with Rategenie and syncing rates.

  Updated: We have added the option to add min stay only within the Rategenie without settings the manual rates adjustment. For this, you can select some dates and drag and drop and then pick the ‘Set Min stay’ option to adjust min stay for the specific period.

Users can download this new build which will cover up issues : 1: Strategy rules were getting deleted when the user make changes to the min and max rate of the strategy or update the strategy type 2: We have updated the seasonal rule for the mobile app to remove the year selection option for the seasonal rule, it was causing an issue for the web app and rule changes were not applying properly. Along with that some other bug fixes and Improvements are made.

Updated: We have just launched Rategenie new guided wizard to help our customers which have no idea where to start their market base pricing within Rategenie according to their rental location and configuration of their rentals.

This will help them not only to setup their rentals base rate but will also guide them to see their final default rates before pushing it to the connected channels.

On the multi-calendar page, they need to click on new small rate icon to start following the wizard steps.

• On the Listings page: API channels were not displaying for some cases even though user was using Tokeet channel manager and managing listings on different API channels. It’s fixed now.

• On the Listings page: Rentals United Listings data were not displaying inside Rategenie. It’s fixed now.

• On the Rates calendar: We have sorted Rategenie rentals based on Natural sort as we are doing in the case of Tokeet rentals. So now on both applications rental ordering is the same.

• On the Rategenie website: In the Pricing section, by default, we are showing pricing for 1 Rental now, previously by default it was showing pricing for the rental count as 5.

• We have added ‘select as default’ option on Rategenie Dashboard and Rategenie Multi-calendar rates page. Using this option you can set a default view whenever you log in to the application.

• Holidu listings can now also use Rategenie rates. Holidu listings rate mapping will be auto-mapped inside Rategenie. Holidu listing rate push can be seen within Tokeet by going to connection detail page.

• We have added Rental selection drop down option in the KPI section of Rategenie Dashboard. Now Users can see KPI information on the basis of single rental as well. By default we will show KPI for all rentals in the user account, but they can also select a single rental and multiple rentals now to see the KPI’s.

Rategenie is now integrated with HotelAvailabilities and is able to generate rates for this. HotelAvailabilities users can use these rates for their bookings and rentals by connecting with Rategenie and syncing rates.

Rentals List view : We have added ability to show rentals which have a strategy linked and the strategy name and which rentals don’t have any strategy linked to them.

Rates calendar: We have added Event name on the rates break down, so that users can quickly identify which event is getting applied for their rates.

Updated: Airbnb booking preference window, 9 months window and Dates unavailable by default option was missing. These fields are added now inside Rategenie.

Updated: Multiple Gap night rules changes are now available. Using the latest feature changes, users will be able to add multiple Gap night rules for different Gaps between the bookings within their linked strategy. Also these changes will allow you the opportunity to fill gaps perfectly with bookings without having to worry about nights being lost.
