<strong>Change with Occupied Bedroom count .</strong><br />
It will have same base rate and min rate. Min rate will be greyed out once user add the base rate settings, as it will always be the same as base rate value.</p>
<ul>

<p dir="auto">Occupancy drop down- user can select single and double occupancy</p>
</li>
<li>
<p dir="auto">Bedroom threshold- after which use can charge extra bedroom fee</p>
</li>
<li>
<p dir="auto">Extra bedroom fee- total amount that will be charged over set threshold value.<br />
All of these Rategenie changes are sent over to webready website/ booking engine.</p>
