<![CDATA[Enhancement Requests - General Guidelines and Announcements]]>Like all software companies, we’d like to distinguish between bugs and enhancement requests. Bugs are problems that surface when a feature doesn’t work like it used to, or is documented. Enhancement requests are when you’d like to see a new feature, or have an idea to upgrade a current feature. Please use this board for reporting ENHANCEMENT REQUESTS in an appropriate feature topic.

Guidelines: Whenever possible, include

  1. Description of your need, in functional (non-software) terms.
  2. Description of how you imagine that working in software terms.
  3. Description of the impact to your business.
  4. Any workarounds you have tried or are doing.

Diagrams, links, and whatever else you want to supply are welcome. We will post thoughts and status in the same topic.
