The Channels Price Breakdown Summary Report allows you to analyze your pricing across all sales channels. This report provides detailed insights, visual graphs, tabular data, and flexible export options to help you make informed business decisions.
You can find this report under the Bookings menu option.
Using the Save new View options you can save any applied filters and then use them later to avoid wasting time. You'll be able to save a new view, update or delete your current view or set the view to your default view.

The top chart gives a visual representation of the channel-related information for the entire year and each month represents the number of bookings per channel, based on the selected filter options.
Channel Price Breakdown Report Table
The table contains different columns and by default shows all the bookings created in a particular year. Below is an explanation of each column appearing in this report:
Source: This is the channel name from which the booking is coming (Airbnb, BDC, Expedia, VRBO etc)
Inquiry Id: This is the inquiry id sent to us via the API Channel.
Status: This is the status of the booking (Confirmed, Cancelled etc).
Guest: This is the guest name who made the booking request.
Rental: This is the property name for which the booking is made.
Check-in: This is the date when the guest will check in.
Check-out: This is the date when the guest will check out.
Booked: This is the date when the booking is created.
Nights: The total number of nights for the booking.
Guests: The total number of guests (Adults + Kids) for the booking.
Nightly Rate: This is the base amount of the booking.
Total Nightly Rate: The formula for this column is Nightly Rate x the total number of nights.
Taxes (GST): This is the tax amount coming to us from the channels directly.
Host Fee: This is the host fee coming to us from the channels directly.
Cleaning Fee: This is the cleaning fee coming to us from the channels directly.
Linen Fee: This is the linen fee coming to us from the channels directly.
Payment Fee: This is the payment fee coming to us from the channels directly.
Host Payout: This is the booking total including all taxes, discounts, etc.
Guest Payout: This is the total amount paid by the guest.
