In the Invoices Monthly Taxes report, the top graph represents the total taxes linked to paid invoices per month for the selected date range.
You can find this report under Expenses menu option.
The Filters button allows you to view data based on the date range for paid invoices, currency and rentals.

The top chart gives a visual representation of the invoice taxes for the entire year and each month shows the total taxes, based on the selected filter options.
The Invoices Monthly Taxes Summary section shows a list of all the taxes linked to PAID invoices and the totals for each month. It also allows you to print and download the data as a CSV or Excel file.
