Zapier is an automation tool that connects different apps and services, allowing them to work together without manual intervention. Tokeet is now integrated with Zapier, enabling you to create automated workflows (called Zaps) to connect Tokeet with hundreds of other apps and streamline your property management tasks.
You can find Zapier under the Integrations section inside Tokeet, as shown in the screenshot below.
Note: Zapier must be connected via the Zapier platform—it cannot be connected directly inside Tokeet.

NOTE: Tokeet's Zapier integration is a back-end integration only.
To set up Zapier with Tokeet:
Log in to your Zapier account and go to the Zapier home page.
Click the Create button in Zapier then Zaps.

Select Trigger.

Select Tokeet in the app list. If you don’t see it, type “Tokeet” in the search bar. The latest version is Tokeet 2.0.0.

Select the Trigger event drop down.

Choose a Trigger Event from the dropdown (e.g., "Booking is Confirmed").

Select an Action to be performed when the trigger event occurs. For example, you can choose Slack as the action app.

Define the Action Event (e.g., "Send Channel Message").

Specify the channel and message to be sent to the slack channel when a booking is confirmed in Tokeet.

Click Publish to activate your Zap.
