To successfully connect your Tokeet rentals to Homes and Villas by Marriot International, please review the following listing content requirements below.
Listing Content Requirements:
- Rental bathroom count must be at least 1
- Rental bedrooms count must be at least 1
- Rental sleep max count must be at least 1
- Rental description must be between 20 and 10,000 characters long
- Rental display name must be between 8 and 255 characters long
- Rental size count must be at least 1
- Rental type must be selected
- Rental address must be updated
- At least 6 photos are required
- At least 5 rental amenities are required
Property Managers
• Professionally manage and clean at least 30 "approved" properties with 1 or more bedrooms.
• Offer 24/7 local support • Responsible for updating calendar availability and pricing.
• Track record of reliability, safety, quick response times, and customer satisfaction Homes.
• Entire home must have 1 or more bedrooms (no studios or home shares).
• Essential conveniences for guests, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen (cookware, utensils), TV, in-unit laundry, premium sheets, towels, and bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, hairdryer)
• Safety equipment including smoke and carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher
Homes
• Entire home must have 1 or more bedrooms (no studios or home shares)
