Is Power Reporting  Paid or Free?

Power Reporting is a paid application - pricing details are available on the App Store.


How many days can I use the new Power Reporting free of cost?

Power Reporting includes a Free 14 days trial period.


What will happen after 14 days trial period?

You will be charged on your provided credit card according to the Power Reporting Pricing Plan ($2 per Rental).


Am I going to be auto subscribed for Power Reporting?

No, you have to go into the App Store and click on the "Subscribe" button on the Power Reporting App detail view.


What is the difference between Margins and Power Reporting’s Reports?

Both Apps have different kind of reports and different exporting options along with different breakdown and layouts.


What is the difference between the OwnerCenter and Power Reporting’s Statements module?

OwnerCenter supports Owner Portal and give option to owners to login and use the system, while Power Reporting is all about managing the statements and payments by PMs and just sharing the calculations with Owners and cleaning staff.


Do we support LIVE chat in Power Reporting?

No, live chat is not available in the Power Reporting application. You will need to access the live chat from your Tokeet account to get assistance from Tokeet support.


Is Power Reporting available for Sympl Users?

No, It is only available for Tokeet users.


Where can I find Help material for Power Reporting?

Is the Recipients module linked to Users module in TV3?

No, it is not synced, you have to add users in the Recipients module.


Can my Recipients have the ability to login?

No, they cannot log in, they can ONLY receive the statements or invoices via Email.


Which data is synced from Tokeet to Power Reporting?

The information that is synced from Tokeet to Power Reporting are: Rentals, Bookings, Rates, Guests, Channels.


How Do I Start Setting up the Accounting module in my Power Reporting account?

To set up your Accounting module, create the following in this order: Recipients, Statements, then Payments.
