How Do I Update My Credit Card Information?

In order to maintain a subscription to one of Tokeet’s premium service levels, you’ll need to have a valid credit card on file for your account. You can change this information at any time based on the billing source you would like to use. Tokeet makes updating your credit information a quick and easy process.

  1. First, click on the Account dropdown and select Billing Info from the drop-down menu.
  2. Delete the current card information by clicking on the Delete button.
  3. Click Yes, Proceed on the popup warning.
    Note: The warning that appears is advising that deleting your card info and not replacing it with a new option could result in a canceled subscription. As long as you intend to add a new option you do not need to worry about the subscription becoming canceled.
  4. Your new credit card information has now been saved and will be used to pay for your monthly Tokeet subscription.
