Here are some common questions and answers regarding Annual plans:


How does the annual pricing work if I have 5 rentals?

The annual pricing offers at least 30% off the current subscription price. Here is an example.

  • Currently, the price for 5 rentals is $39.99 per month
  • Annually this works out to 12 months * $39.99 = $479.88
  • The annual plan for this subscription level takes off 32.51% from $479.88 so you will pay $323.89
    The exact discount percentage differs based on the subscription level. Also, 2 year plans will also offer a greater discount than 1 year plans.

 When is the payment due?

  • The payment is done upfront, once the contract is signed.

How does the annual plan work if we update the number of listings we have? ie. If we tie ourselves in for a year based on the 35 property plan (which we are currently on), what happens if we increase to 50 properties within the year?

  • For plan changes, the remaining balance will be pro-rated and applied to the upgraded plan price. You are free to add more listings and upgrade your plan throughout the year. Please note that you cannot downgrade an annual plan.

Why does my contract state the year 2020 in its heading?

  • Yearly plans were introduced in the year 2020. However, the agreement will start effective as of the last signature.

What payment methods will these plans support?

  • These plans will support all available payment forms (bank transfer,  PayPal, credit cards). We prefer Stripe saved credit cards which decreases our workload.

Can I be refunded if I decide to opt-out of the yearly plan?

  • You cannot opt-out of the yearly plan, the usage fee is nonrefundable.

What are the steps to subscribing to the yearly plans?

We require a contract to be signed for you to transition to the yearly plan. Please let us know the following:

  1. Do you wish to keep your existing subscription level and simply transition to the equivalent yearly subscription, or do you want a different subscription level?
  2. What email address would you like the contract sent to?
  3. What's your mailing address? We need to add it to the contract.
  4. Is there a company name we should add to the contract or simply use your name?
  5. What is the name of the person that will be signing the contract?

Once we get this information we will send you the contract via email which you can sign digitally. Once you have signed the contract our team will manually switch you to the yearly plan.
