Signature Data Dictionary

Signature lets you access a wealth of information from your Tokeet account through the use of data codes. Drag-and-drop fields from the data dictionary directly into the template. Position the fields perfectly to blend in seamlessly with the rest of the template.
Using Data Dictionary Codes
  1. For contracts, and printouts, the data dictionary fields will allow you to display the associated data fields in the template when it is opened. These fields are only for display, and can not be altered.
  2. For forms, the fields under the Contact menu will allow the recipient of the form to enter new data that will overwrite the existing value in the Tokeet guest details. The fields under the Custom menu will allow the associated custom code to display in the opened template.
The Data Dictionary Codes
Contacts codes:
  • Contact Birthday: inserts the guest's birthday saved in the contact details.
  • Contact City: inserts the city saved in the contact details.
  • Contact Country: inserts the country saved in the contact details.
  • Contact Email Address: inserts the guest's email address saved in the contact details.
  • Contact Full Name: inserts the full name of the contact.
  • Contact Hobby: inserts the hobby information saved in the contact details.
  • Contact Phone Number: inserts the phone number saved in the contact details.
  • Contact Postal Code: inserts the postal code saved in the contact details.
  • Contact Spouse: inserts the spouse saved in the contact details.
  • Contact State: inserts the state saved in the contact details.
  • Contact Street Address: inserts the street address saved in the contact details.
Inquiry codes:
  • Adult Count: inserts the number of adults on the associated inquiry.
  • Arrival Date: inserts the arrival date of the associated inquiry.
  • Booked on Date: inserts the date that the associated inquiry was booked.
  • Checkin Time: inserts the checkin time of the associated inquiry.
  • Checkout Time: inserts the checkout time of the associated inquiry.
  • Child Count: inserts the number of children on the associated inquiry.
  • Departure Date: insert the departure date of the associated inquiry.
  • Guest Portal Link: inserts the guest portal link for the associated inquiry.
  • Inquiry Channel: inserts the channel that the inquiry was booked through.
  • Inquiry Cost: inserts the total cost of the associated inquiry.
  • Inquiry ID: inserts the alphanumeric number assigned to the associated inquiry.
  • Number of Nights: inserts the length of stay of the associated booking.
Rental codes:
  • Checkin Instructions: inserts the checkin instructions saved in the rental settings.
  • Checkout Instructions: inserts the checkout instructions saved in the rental settings.
  • Custom Information 1: inserts the information saved in the custom information 1 field in the rental settings.
  • Custom Information 2: inserts the information saved in the custom information 2 field in the rental settings.
  • Custom Information 3: inserts the information saved in the custom information 3 field in the rental settings.
  • Custom Information 4: inserts the information saved in the custom information 4 field in the rental settings.
  • Custom Information 5: inserts the information saved in the custom information 5 field in the rental settings.
  • Driving Directions: inserts the driving directions saved in the rental details.
  • House Rules: inserts the house rules saved in the rental details.
  • Key Pickup: inserts the key pickup information saved in the rental details.
  • Payment Instructions: inserts the payment instructions saved in the rental details.
  • Payment Terms: inserts the payment terms saved in the rental details.
  • Rental City: inserts the city where the rental on the associated inquiry is located.
  • Rental Country: inserts the country where the rental on the associated inquiry is located.
  • Rental Description: inserts the rental description saved in the rental details.
  • Rental Email Address: inserts the email address of the rental on the associated inquiry.
  • Rental Name: inserts the name of the rental on the associated inquiry.
  • Rental Phone Number: inserts the phone number of the rental on the associated inquiry.
  • Rental Postal Code: inserts the postal code where the rental on the associated inquiry is located.
  • Rental State: inserts the state where the rental on the associated inquiry is located.
  • Rental Street Address: inserts the street address where the rental on the associated inquiry is located.
  • Rental Website: inserts the URL(s) of the websites associated with the rental.
  • Security Code: inserts the security code saved in the rental settings.
  • Special Instructions: inserts the special instructions saved in the rental settings.
  • Wifi Password: inserts the wifi password saved in the rental settings.
Custom
You can utilize your own custom codes in your templates. Custom codes are created by clicking the Settings button, and selecting Custom Codes. Custom Codes are described in more detail here.
