How Do I Confirm a Booking?
When you receive an inquiry from a potential guest, Tokeet allows you to place a hold on the requested dates in your calendar. This feature prevents you from double-booking guests, and prevents potential guests from inquiring about dates that are not available.
If you’ve received an inquiry from a guest and blocked out time on your calendar, you might now wish to officially create a booking for your guest in your calendar.
How to Confirm a Booking:
- First, select “Inquiries” from the menu on the left-hand side of your main account page.
- Click on the inquiry you would like to lock in from the list on the Inquiries page.
- Click the green “Confirm Booking” button at the top right of the specific inquiry’s page.
- You’re done! The booking is confirmed.
Now your guest is officially confirmed to stay in your rental for the agreed-upon dates.
These dates will appear in your rental calendar as off-limits for the allotted time, alerting any potential guests that the dates unavailable.
