In the month of August, we made some updates to the application to improve functionality and UI/UX along with fixing bugs. Below is a quick overview of these updates
Updated: We have released a brand new Tokeet website. You can see it here https://www.tokeet.com/
Updated: We have provided the ability to clone inquiries/ bookings
Updated: We have updated the Add-Ons table to the Billing Info page
Updated: Within Tokeet we have provided the ability to disconnect from Vrbo
Updated: We have added the Last Login column on the user’s list
Updated: Under User Settings, we have updated the success message when Admin/PM adds a new user
Updated: Under User Settings, we have made sure that the checkbox for enabling Checklist should be available only for Property Managers
Updated: For newly implemented API channels i.e. Vrbo, Marriott, Holidu clicking on FIX should expand/close the list so users can see what is wrong
Updated: On the Planning calendar, we have added the number of nights in the grey popup
Updated: For Airbnb, we have added Listing Status under Channels Details and in Connection Details
Updated: We have provided the ability to download booking formula value when exporting inquiry/booking report
Updated: For Airbnb, under Booking Preferences, we have added the “9 months in advance” option in the “How far in advance may a guest book?” dropdown
Updated: For paid invoices, we have made Expiry Date as Read Only
Updated: Under Invoices, we have added a tooltip for Expire Date field
Fixed: Under Invoices, we have fixed an issue where “Invoice No Prefix” doesn’t apply when an invoice is created from the Invoice Template
Fixed: We have fixed an auto invoice issue where the Booking Fee description doesn’t show on the automatically created invoice
Fixed: On Push All Rates overlay, we have fixed an issue where if a user selects one channel other channels shouldn’t disappear
Fixed: We have restricted users from putting 0 in Discounts & Fees field when creating a booking from Tokeet
Fixed: Under Rentals, we have fixed an issue where Delete Whole Rental button appears disabled
Fixed: Under Invoices, we have made the Invoice Template field mandatory when manually applying the invoice template
Fixed: We have fixed an issue where the user is getting kicked out of the app every time they click the Pay With Card button
Fixed: We have fixed an issue where the Search button for the interstitial widget doesn’t work
Fixed: We have fixed an issue where Dynamic Group Rates do not show on the interstitial widget results page
Fixed: We have fixed an issue where a Rental is deleted in TV3 but not in Webready
Fixed: We have fixed an issue where Webready channel adjustment appears twice on the Rates calendar
