      Hi Scott. I'm not sure if my last suggestion worked for you. I'd also like to suggest the use of dynamic rates in Tokeet. These push automatically, when your occupancy changes between a low and high occupancy rate. They also have the added benefit of automatically pushing whenever you change your rates in Tokeet. In this way, if you have a flat amount you want to change for the date range, then you can set the min and max rates the same, so that you don't have to worry about occupancy affecting your nightly prices, while still getting the benefit of automated pushes. You can read more about dynamic rates here. Hopefully one of the solutions offered here will suit your needs. If not, please let us know.

      Hi Scott. Thank you for the detailed rundown of your experience. While your connection is up and running now, I'd like to gather some more information for our team to look at. Are you saying that when the Airbnb authentication popup appeared during the connection process, that you failed to tick the checkbox that says that you agree with the terms and conditions outlined? If this is correct, are you think saying that failing to check this box still resulted in Tokeet being added into your Airbnb account on the Connected Apps page? We'd like to replicate the steps that you performed, to see if there are any anomalies that need to be addressed. Your feedback is appreciated.

      @Sam-Jones Sam, we've tried having weekend support in the past, and the fact is that our ticket volume goes way down on weekends. We have some weekend support, but generally there aren't many open tickets when our Asia team starts on their Monday mornings. Please let me know if Customer Support was not able to help you this morning.
