@Duane Hi Duane. Any update on the HomeAway API?
Hi Leonardo. We have been given a timeline of Fall by Homeaway. That is the latest information available at this moment. We would like to move faster, but we must work with their schedule.
Please let us know if you have any further questions. We're happy to help.
@Leonardo-Martinez Hi. This is actually already ticketed, and we have been in touch with the RemoteLock team. However, COVID has set the development of this integration back some months. I can not give you a timetable for when it will be released. We already began work on the integration, so when we are able to restart development, it will need to be beta tested before release. When that will be in unclear. We will make an announcement before we begin the closed beta. Thank you for your patience.
HI Maximo, as I think you already know we've recently released our new website builder called Webready. You can learn more about it here. www.usewebready.com. Current Tokeet users may login to webready using their credentials or click the Add On option in the top menu of TV3 to auto login.
Thanks for your message. Your suggestion has been noted and added under consideration section on our Rategenie product portal. Please follow the below link for more updates and also you can submit more ideas to us through our Rategenie product portal.
Nauman here. Can you please let me know, Is there any certain reason where you don't want to use Rategenie rates for some of your apartments?
If for some of the rentals you want to use Tokeet standard rates then you need to switch off Rental Level and Listing level sync for those specific rentals inside Rategenie. Once you do that then you can push your standard Tokeet rates for those rentals. Please note that the pricing that we will charge for Rategenie is on the basis of the Tokeet plan you have subscribed inside the Billing info section of Tokeet, and that will remain unchanged. Thanks.
