Disappointment Over Lack of iCal Integration Between Tokeet/Sympl and AdvancedCM

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the fact that users of Tokeet/Sympl and AdvancedCM are unable to synchronize calendars via direct account-to-account iCal integration. This is a fundamental feature for any modern property management system, especially when both platforms claim to support iCal functionality.
The suggested workaround — using Google Calendar — is far from a professional solution. It adds unnecessary complexity and risk of syncing errors, and quite frankly, it undermines the reliability that property owners and managers expect from these platforms.
I was informed that this limitation is due to a “technical impossibility,” but I struggle to understand how two systems that both support iCal feeds are unable to communicate directly. Many other platforms manage this with no issue.
In an industry where seamless integration is key, this lack of compatibility is both frustrating and disappointing. I strongly urge your development teams to prioritize resolving this, or at the very least, offer a more robust explanation and roadmap for improvement.
