      Hi Blake. Thank you very much for your feedback. Photo ID request was made the first step in contract submission due to previous issues with guests signing the contract, and then exiting the page before submitting their photo ID. While we will discuss this matter again in the future, this behavior is unlikely to change in the near term, as we have seen a significant increase in photo ID submission as a result of moving the request from the end of the contract submission process to the beginning. If we can agree on a better solution for placement of the photo ID request, we will note the change publicly so that users are not caught off guard.

      Hi Blake. The Ignore for Booking.com feature does work with the Default rate. It applies to base, standard, promo, and group rates. Are you seeing different behavior in your use of the app? Also, are you referring to Rategenie or TV3?

      Hi Blake. Yes, we updated the behavior of the app to allow template recipients to open the template on multiple devices and browsers. This is the new behavior you have experienced. Please let us know if you encounter any other issues with the app. Thank you for your feedback.
