Hi, I just wanted to ask if it’s possible to communicate with people from the company on this forum. The facebook group is useless and some strange guy who isn’t associated with the company runs it…

Hi again Chris - we spoke earlier. This community was created for the purpose of giving Tokeet users a central hub to communicate with other VRMs and Tokeet staff as needed.

It’s still under construction for the time being, but we’re happy to field any questions you may have in the meantime.

Regarding Facebook, Tokeet does not own/operate one of these groups, so we cannot recommend that any users seek help there. Please feel free to communicate directly with us here!
