In the month of October, we made some updates to the application to improve functionality and UI/UX along with fixing bugs. Below is a quick overview of these updates
Updated: We have provided the facility to update existing guest details when converting hold events to bookings
Updated: When events overlap now we show a tooltip which shows info on all overlapping events
Updated: Provided ability to upload PDF files while adding expenses
Updated: Under Account Info, we now trim any spaces at the start or end of the Invoice No Prefix field
Updated: We have added a tooltip for the Invoice No Prefix field
Updated: Under Messages disabled Add Quote checkbox for Airbnb and Booking.com bookings
Updated: When a user adds their first payment gateway it should be automatically set to default
Updated: Under Rental Gallery we have added columns for Category and Description in the Image list view
Updated: We have made an update where under Channel Details holidu active listings should display at the end of the list
Updated: We have mapped House Rules in the HVMI listing details
Updated: We have provided the ability to create/update/delete group rates via CAPI
Updated: On Agenda Calendar notes icon should be highlighted only if there is an unread note
Updated: Under user details, we have provided the ability to select and deselect what house staff can and cannot see
Updated: We have provided support to remove booking fees for specific bookings i.e. direct bookings/repeat customers
Fixed: We have fixed an issue where for today’s date, the system was using the base rate instead of the standard rate
Fixed: We have fixed an issue where Booking Charges in Print Preview don’t match the Booking
Fixed: We have fixed an issue where the Interstitial widget doesn’t show the primary image set in Rental.
Fixed: We have fixed an issue where the Additional Guest Fee gets removed when I add a discount/fee while updating booking charges
Fixed: We have fixed an issue where the Guest Portal link shows as text when a message is sent to a guest via Automata Trigger
Fixed: Under Automations we have fixed an issue where the “Last Triggered” column doesn’t update if a user has selected all Channels and Rentals.
Fixed: We have fixed an issue where invoice service fails when payment instructions were added to the invoice template
Fixed: We have fixed an issue where the invoice wasn’t automatically marked as Paid if Charge Invoice is checked and the invoice gets charged successfully
Fixed: We have fixed an issue with notifications where the user is getting notifications (built-in notifications, under the Bell icon in the top right corner) that the contract has been signed by the guest when it isn’t
Fixed: We have fixed an issue where today’s standard rates are not being pushed to channels
Fixed: We have fixed an issue where the application crashes when you click on a Vrbo booking
Fixed: We have fixed an issue where Group Rates are not being recognized by the interstitial results page
