Airbnb Sync

  • Hi, can anyone confirm if one has to always manually push rates and availability after each change in Sympl? Is there any option to automate the push to Airbnb as opposed to doing it manually each time on the channel API screen?

Hi Scott. I'm not sure if my last suggestion worked for you. I'd also like to suggest the use of dynamic rates in Tokeet. These push automatically, when your occupancy changes between a low and high occupancy rate. They also have the added benefit of automatically pushing whenever you change your rates in Tokeet. In this way, if you have a flat amount you want to change for the date range, then you can set the min and max rates the same, so that you don't have to worry about occupancy affecting your nightly prices, while still getting the benefit of automated pushes.

You can read more about dynamic rates here. Hopefully one of the solutions offered here will suit your needs. If not, please let us know.
