Tokeet And Wheelhouse Not Syncing

My Tokeet and Wheelhouse are not syncing. Prices update daily in Wheelhouse but are not updating in Tokeet. Followed all of the instructions provided in the Tokeet Integration with Wheelhouse manual (below) and I even disconnected and reconnected Wheelhouse.
Contacted Wheelhouse technical support and the problem is on the Tokeet side. The following is Wheelhouse's response:
"Wheelhouse is not syncing to Tokeet, this is something that the Tokeet team will need to look into. See, Tokeet are connected to Wheelhouse's API, which means its the Tokeet system that is fully in charge of the syncing between the two platforms."
This problem has been happening for at least a few days now. Please help.
