Card related triggers in Automata will be changing

    Dear users,

    Due to Tokeet's implementation of Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) in the billing process, we will be removing all credit card triggers from our Automata application.

    Stripe's implementation of SCA protocols means that we are no longer notified of specific card-related activities, and these trigger types are no longer valid. If you are currently using any of the following trigger events, please be advised that they will no longer fire, and will be removed from the application in the near future.

    • Card Accepted
    • Card Declined
    • Card Rejected
    • Card Deleted

    In the meantime, we will continue to explore new ways of making your billing notification workflow more efficient in the future. Please stay tuned for future announcements, as we have new and exciting billing enhancements already in the works. We look forward to hearing your feedback when they are officially announced. Thanks!
