I can't login due to my account is inactive. How do I reactivate my account?

You can reset and unlock your password from the "forgot password" link: https://app.tokeet.com/forgot
If your IP address is blocked: please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your IPv4 address from http://whatip.me/If you use our mobile app: please log out of the app first--because it will keep trying to log in with the "old" password and lock you out again.
