      Hi Adam, I believe we already have this feature. The gap night rule allows you to set a variable min stay based on the length of the gap. Am I missing something here?

      Hi Adam, Thanks for the feature recommendation. We did not implement Length Of Stay (LOS) pricing in Rategenie because we didn't believe the feature was consistent enough across the various channels. As a result the Rategnie feature may have been a bit cumbersome. This is something we will revisit in the future as LOS pricing gains a more uniformed pattern in the major channel APIs. Thanks again.

      Hi Adam, Thanks for the note. It would seem that maybe you are not using the email address of your Tokeet account within the Booking.com email settings. This is the prescribed way to setup your Booking.com account and it works well for most users. Once this is corrected you should receive messages from Booking.com in your Tokeet account and they will be assigned to the appropriate rental. Please see this help article. https://www.tokeet.com/help/booking-com/sending-bookingcom-messages-with-tokeet That being said, we are working to integrate the Booking.com messaging API into the Tokeet platform. This has already been built and is in the QA phase of development. Regards.

      Any update on this as it's really a big issue for us now? We get almost no bookings via our website currently and every week or two Google removes them from our Google my business listings.

      @Brightleap-Apartments I certainly understand your point of view on this. I definitely don't like any of the bugs that are reported and with unlimited resources I would stay up day and night to make sure that we wiped them out systematically. However, as a company with ambitious plans that are always in motion, we have to prioritize our resources accordingly. I promise you that these decisions are made with multiple factors being considered. I will ask the team to review the priority next time we meet and will update you here if I have any new news.       @Brightleap-Apartments We're seeing that the booking confirmation is actually coming in twice from Airbnb. That is the reason for the repeat firing of the triggers. I have sent you instructions via in-app live chat on how to proceed.
