@Irina-Sheshina Thanks for your message. The new UI gives you the control to manage rentals where you would like to stop using Rategenie rates. You can enable/disable Rategenie rates now using our new ‘Managed by Rategenie’ toggle on the rental list view. Hi @Glenn , This was a lovely and really appreciate initiative. However, I discovered 6 days ago that I paid all the fees and no one is answering me about this issue. I’ve been told that this was on request but Kwesi Steele’s message in here is clear: “no action is needed on your part”. All the fees have been withdrawn from my credit card although I am located in Rome (Italy).

Hi Alexandra. There is not currently a solution for the rate configuration that you have suggested, outside of Booking.com. For Booking.com, you will need to configure a 2 night min stay rate in Tokeet, and push that to your Standard Rate on Booking.com. Then, in the Booking.com Extranet, you will need to create a new rate plan, and set the min stay as 1 night for that rate plan. The pricing can be set to be based on the Standard Rate, in which case you don’t need to create a new rate category in Tokeet. Or, you can choose to set that 1 night stay pricing yourself, in which case you will need to create a new rate category in Tokeet, and push that new rate category to your new Booking.com rate plan. That is the only solution available for your rate configuration, and it’s currently only available with Booking.com. Please let us know if you have any further questions. We’re happy to help.

@Irina-Sheshina Your best move would be to move to Owner Rez. Tokeet is overpriced garbage. If they had any scruples, they’d toss the improved site builder in for the people whose sub included that. That non-functional ‘professional website’ was a large part of why I left. It wasn’t even mobile optimized. If you watch your web traffic in Google Analytics, you will see that easily 75%+ of your traffic is mobile these days. Now it makes sense to me why they wouldn’t do any dev work to improve the site; they wanted to gouge us more. They’ll probably kick me off here, but yea, do yourself a favor and go to OwnerRez. They actually give you what you pay for at a fair price.
