Hi Craig. You can connect to your agent’s calendar using Unknown iCal connections. You will want to make export connections, and use those to let your agent pull data from your Tokeet calendar. You will then create import connections, and use the URLs provided by your agent to have Tokeet pull data from your agent’s calendar. You can reset and unlock your password from the “forgot password” link: https://app.tokeet.com/forgot If your IP address is blocked: please send us an email at support@tokeet.com with your IPv4 address from http://whatip.me/If you use our mobile app:  please log out of the app first–because it will keep trying to log in with the “old” password and lock you out again.
