    Hi @Cristiano-Ferreira , Currently it is not possible to select Display Name as there is no token for that in Template Dictionary. We have captured this enhancement request and will let you know when it is in place.

    Hi Scott. I’m not sure if my last suggestion worked for you. I’d also like to suggest the use of dynamic rates in Tokeet. These push automatically, when your occupancy changes between a low and high occupancy rate. They also have the added benefit of automatically pushing whenever you change your rates in Tokeet. In this way, if you have a flat amount you want to change for the date range, then you can set the min and max rates the same, so that you don’t have to worry about occupancy affecting your nightly prices, while still getting the benefit of automated pushes.     Hi Scott. Thank you for the detailed rundown of your experience. While your connection is up and running now, I’d like to gather some more information for our team to look at. Are you saying that when the Airbnb authentication popup appeared during the connection process, that you failed to tick the checkbox that says that you agree with the terms and conditions outlined? If this is correct, are you think saying that failing to check this box still resulted in Tokeet being added into your Airbnb account on the Connected Apps page? We’d like to replicate the steps that you performed, to see if there are any anomalies that need to be addressed. Your feedback is appreciated.

    @Pavlos-Skoufis Links to the old Tokeet invoices are now available. They can be found on the Billing History page, under the ‘Tokeet Invoice’ column. These invoices will include your VAT ID.

    Hi. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have deployed a fix. Please clear your browser cache, and sign back into Tokeet in order to restore your hold events. Your channel calendars should not have been affected, but we advise that you check anyway, to verify. Please contact support via in-app live chat, if you encounter any difficulties. It will allow for easier ticketing and tracking.

    Hi Henry, Due to the sheer number of iCals that exist within Tokeet, it’s not possible to increase the refresh speeds at this time. 1 hour is relatively quick when it comes to iCals, as even Airbnb only syncs once every 3 hours from their end.

    We were able to re-send all the messages that didn’t send except for the ones that were time-based. To be on the safe side, we went back a little extra far so some messages may have been sent twice.
