@Irina-Sheshina Thanks for your message. The new UI gives you the control to manage rentals where you would like to stop using Rategenie rates. You can enable/disable Rategenie rates now using our new ‘Managed by Rategenie’ toggle on the rental list view.

Hi. This offer was made in direct response to the dire situation that was facing the Italian economy at the time. That was the only country that received such an offer. They got hit hardest and earliest. Other countries suffered later, and we assisted users on a case-by-case basis. However, at the time, we felt a need to provide users in Italy with assistance, as it was not yet known how bad things would get globally.
@Leonardo-Martinez Hi. This is actually already ticketed, and we have been in touch with the RemoteLock team. However, COVID has set the development of this integration back some months. I can not give you a timetable for when it will be released. We already began work on the integration, so when we are able to restart development, it will need to be beta tested before release. When that will be in unclear. We will make an announcement before we begin the closed beta. Thank you for your patience.

This was a lovely and really appreciate initiative. However, I discovered 6 days ago that I paid all the fees and no one is answering me about this issue. I’ve been told that this was on request but Kwesi Steele’s message in here is clear: “no action is needed on your part”. All the fees have been withdrawn from my credit card although I am located in Rome (Italy).
