Hi Guys, About two years ago I heard that there’s a new Owner’s Portal in the works. Is this still happening? Would like to chip in my idea of what would help us achieve a complete report for owners. Currently, owners only access the portal to see inquiry, booking revenue and utilization but expenses have to be done separate as its not available in the module. We want to offer a complete solution to our owners where they can see Petty Cash balance as well as all detailed expenses like we see as Property Managers within Tokeet. Can this something that we should expect happening anytime soon? Thanks!

Hi. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have deployed a fix. Please clear your browser cache, and sign back into Tokeet in order to restore your hold events. Your channel calendars should not have been affected, but we advise that you check anyway, to verify. Please contact support via in-app live chat, if you encounter any difficulties. It will allow for easier ticketing and tracking.

We too, have this issues. We are stressed because could have overbooking and also need see the informations we write on the hold events.

Did you ask your developers, what did they say?

I don’t think anyone would accuse the product support team of overpromising, yet alone over delivery. User reports issue and provides analysis of cause (thanks, Konstantinos). The cause is not addressed. All that happens is the user gets asked to mark Tokeet mail as safe when they are the originator. Six months later the user decides to chase the solution and is told to keep waiting as the Product Management team intend to fix it. Is it in the schedule? Is it being fixed? Which month is the fix planned for delivery? A vague reference to weeks not months is not very reassuring. As the travel industry begins to open up, it would be appreciated if this long-standing issue could be fixed with some urgency.

I will respond to you with some basic information that will be helpful for other users browsing this area. The Weekly and Monthly field under the Tokeet Rates Settings tab do not push to AirBnb. The reason for this is that when AirBnb has any type of issue with rate synching they would replace your standard rates with your base rate, so this had to be turned off on our end to avoid pushing dangerously low prices based on a systemic issue that we have no control over. The weekly and monthly discount for AirBnb is set under the connection details Price Settings option.
